What is Net metering?
Net Metering is essentially the energy netting of production and consumption. This process is mainly applied to photovoltaic installations. Countries that already use Net Metering are Italy, Germany, Cyprus, Denmark and the USA. Through the process of Net Metering, the consumer has the possibility to cover a significant part of the energy he consumes while at the same time he can use the network for indirect storage of the energy produced by his photovoltaic system for a certain period of time (12 months).
Ensol undertakes the design, study and installation of photovoltaic panels providing reliable high energy efficiency equipment.
What are the benefits of Net Metering?
We undertake the design, study and installation of photovoltaic panels providing reliable high energy efficiency equipment.

Reduce your electricity costs up to zero through energy offsetting

A significant part of the consumption of the property (house/business) is covered with green energy

Increase in property value.*

Minimal maintenance costs and quiet operation

Reduction of environmental burden

Investment with sure return of money in a short period of time
* The price of electricity is “locked in” for the next 25 years at a low fixed cost and is not affected by the annual increases of PPC
How is Net Metering installed and how does it work?
Two meters are installed that count the energy produced by the photovoltaic and the energy entering or leaving the network.
The energy produced by the photovoltaic is consumed directly by the owner and, if there is excess, it is fed into the grid.
Net Metering is applied in domestic as well as in professional areas
