- "Enterprise Storage System" Program


- In new or existing photovoltaic systems.
- The program is exclusively for the storage system (eg batteries).
All existing businesses that meet the following criteria:
- Operating in Greece (with Greek VAT number).
- Establishment/recommendation until 30.06.2024.
- Active mode when submitting the application.
- Submission of only one funding application per VAT number.
- Construction work has not started on the projects included in the program.
The Beneficiary is obliged to:
- or to already have (at the time of submitting the application to the Program) a signed Connection Agreement
- or if (when submitting the application to the Program) he had submitted an application to the competent Administrator for a Final Connection Offer, to submit a signed Connection Agreement through the OPS within two (2) months of the issuance of the Integration Decision.
In case of non-fulfilment of the obligation (either due to non-submission of supporting documents or
submission of incorrect supporting documents), you will be automatically disenrolled from the Program, upon which
a right of appeal is granted.
- Primary production of fishery and aquaculture products.
- Processing and marketing of fishery and aquaculture products, as long as the amount of aid is determined based on the price or quantity of the products purchased or placed on the market
- Businesses whose main activity is the production of energy from RES, renewable H2 and high efficiency cogeneration.
- Activities of public administration and compulsory social security, activities of organizations, activities of households as well as activities of non-resident organizations.
- Activities related to fossil fuels.
- Activities within the framework of the EU emissions trading system.
- Activities related to waste landfills, incinerators and biological treatment plants.
Equipment costs:
a) Supply and installation of storage system as well as accessory materials (panels, cables, smart meter, etc.).
b) Supply and installation of an Energy Management System, i.e. equipment/software for a more efficient energy production/storage system.
Service Charges:
a) Fee for study - dimensioning of the system (Photovoltaic and battery).
b) Fee for Project Management Consultants under the Program.
c) Remuneration for the cost of interconnection with DEDDIE/ADMIE.

Evaluation of applications: direct evaluation (First in- First out)
- Request for the installation of a photovoltaic park (in the event that it does not exist), dimensioning study for the selection of a means of storage and interconnection to DEDDIE (The energy produced by the photovoltaic system can be used during the day on the condition that the battery is fully charged and use of the energy stored in the battery either during the day or during the night, with the aim of reducing the inelastic cost of electricity).
- Depending on the power of the company's supply, the capacity of the photovoltaic station will be defined and the appropriate battery will be selected (According to the consumption needs of each company - Proposal for the installation of a battery system with 2-hour storage as part of the program).
- Creation of a complete file of supporting documents concerning the company (according to the program participation requirements)
- Filing a request to participate in the program and monitoring the evaluation stages until its completion.
1 & 2 concern certified companies that provide integrated energy solutions (equipment and services from technical / manufacturing companies). Each company will undertake for its prospective client, to submit the request to DEDDIE, to draw up the dimensioning study of the equipment and its interconnection to the network, to offer the financial offer for the selection of the equipment (within the limits of the subsidy), the installation of the photovoltaic park (if it does not exist), the installation of the storage medium (ESS), the interconnection of the equipment and its commissioning.
3 concerns the collection of all the necessary supporting documents from the Financial / Legal department of each company that wishes to participate in the subsidized program.
4 concerns the Project Management Consultant (Submission of the initial application to the program with all the necessary supporting documents as defined in the notice, monitoring for the initial approval of the company's inclusion in the program as well as all intermediate stages of approval and implementation up to completion of the project).
